First Visit
Your first massage visit
First-time guests are guided through the pace, preferences, and options before the ritual begins, so the appointment feels clear from the start.
Share pressure preferences, focus areas, and any areas to avoid before the session begins.
Plan enough time for the experience you want: a shorter reset works differently than a full-body ritual.
Arrive hydrated and comfortable, and let the team know if you prefer a quiet session or more guidance.
